Shipping rates vary depending on the items and your location. Most items on our site leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We strive to have your domestic orders delivered in 5-7 business days. Some items take longer.  Most items ship via USPS Priority Mail.   Bicycles and larger items will ship via UPS or FEDEX

FREE shipping on orders over $20 (Bicycles Excluded): We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $20 to customers within the United States (Bicycles excluded).  Free shipping does not apply to customers outside of the United States and customers in Alaska and Hawaii may pay a small shipping fee depending on the items ordered.

International Shipping:  We are happy to offer international shipping, and the current pricing available.  While delivery times vary greatly depending on location, packages typically take between 10-14 business days.  Email us at [email protected] to inquire about international rates.



We want you to feel confident when you purchase with us. Here’s the bottom line: if you’re unhappy, we’re unhappy

We’ll take back new, unused gear within 30 days of delivery. We’ll give you either a refund or exchange (depending on availability). It’s your choice. 

You’re responsible for shipping costs to return an item, but we’re happy to provide the shipping label. The exception is damaged or defective items; in that case we pick up the shipping tab.

BICYCLES must be totally clean and brand new to process a return.  Bicycles CANNOT be test ridden on trails and then returned.

Is your product damaged?

If something happens to your gear that’s beyond normal wear and tear, shoot us an e-mail (again that’s [email protected]).  While we do not provide a specific warranty for some products found on, we are often able to coordinate repairs, discounted replacements, or exchanges directly through the manufacturer.
