We’re hiring a Retail Manager who is ready to lead our shop operations, mentor teammates, and deliver outstanding retail experiences for families—while championing our values of inclusivity and community care.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Experience: Ensure every family leaves our shop feeling stoked and welcomed in their cycling journey.
  • Lead the Team: Hire, train, schedule, and inspire our retail associates and mechanics.
  • Keep Sales On-track: Track performance, hit monthly sales goals, and create awesome bike-buying experiences.
  • Retail Operations: Keep the sales floor, service department, rental program, and inventory clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Inventory & Merchandising: Manage ordering, cycle counts, product displays, warranties, and shipping/receiving.
  • Program + Retail Connection: Work closely with our Programming and Marketing departments to create seamless opportunities for families in Pedal Kids USA programs to access retail support, gear, and guidance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years managing a retail store or leading a team in a related environment (bicycle industry experience a big plus).
  • Skills: Motivational leader, detail-oriented, strong communicator, tech savvy, comfortable with spreadsheets and POS systems.
  • Traits: Positive energy, growth mindset, adaptability, and genuine comfort working with kids and families from all walks of life.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in the cycling industry, coaching youth, or advancing equity and inclusion in community spaces.
