Buddy Pegs and Pedal Kids USA are looking for a Retail Associate who brings genuine warmth, a quick laugh, and a real love of being around families. We’re building a community where kids fall in love with bikes, and we need someone who already believes in that magic.
You don’t have to be an avid cyclist.
Maybe you cruise on weekends. Maybe you ride to grab groceries. Maybe you just know bikes can change a kid’s life. That spark is what we’re after.

What You’ll Actually Do
- Be a welcoming face in the showroom and greet every family like they belong
- Help customers find the right bike and gear for their journey by listening first and recommending second
- Operate our POS system (Lightspeed) for sales and work orders. We’ll train you.
- Keep the showroom clean, stocked, and inviting
- Answer questions about products and upcoming programs
- Manage work order check-ins and pickups with clear communication
- Jump in wherever needed. We’re a small team and everyone pitches in.
Experience
Retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not required.
What matters most is your personality, your willingness to learn, and the way you make people feel.
This role can grow with you as your skills and confidence grow.

- Retail or hospitality experience
- Familiarity with bikes or cycling gear
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with kids and families

Role Details
Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour (DOE)

Location: In person, Northwest Arkansas
Reports to: Retail Director
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 45 lbs
