The Role: Office Manager
The Office Manager will ensure our CEO and leadership team can stay focused on growth by managing daily operations, bookkeeping, and administrative functions that keep Pedal Kids running smoothly.

- Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Management
- Manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and communications
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate team meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
- Support HR tasks (onboarding paperwork, PTO tracking, benefits administration)
- Bookkeeping & Financial Support
Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports
Support payroll and reconcile accounts
Maintain accurate financial records in coordination with CEO and accountant
Prepare summaries and reports for leadership
Operational Systems & Improvements
Keep CRM, project management, and bookkeeping tools updated
Identify and implement process improvements
Track compliance and reporting with local/state agencies
Supplemental
Provide customer service support as needed (phone/email)
Assist with program logistics (contracts, travel, scheduling)
Offer general executive support to the CEO
Qualifications
Experience: Min 2–4 years in office administration, bookkeeping, or operations
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Skills:
Proficiency with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Strong written & verbal communication
Google Workspace + spreadsheets
Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new systems quickly

Benefits & Compensation
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 DOE (target hire level)
Growth path upward as responsibilities increase and company grows
