About the Role

We’re looking for a Coach Manager who is passionate about developing people and experienced in mountain biking. • Support coach morale and communication.
  • Occasionally coach to stay connected with the work.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in mountain biking and youth development.
  • A natural leader who thrives on building strong teams.
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Energized by helping kids discover confidence and joy through biking.

Who We Are

Pedal Kids USA is on a mission to get 20 million kids riding bikes again—doubling youth cycling participation in the U.S. and reviving the joy, confidence, and resilience that riding brings. We use bicycles to help create a kinder, more connected world by empowering kids to unplug, explore, and build character through outdoor adventures with their families. Our vision is to spark a movement that transforms childhood, strengthens communities, and turns every ride into a revolution.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Flexible PTO, retirement match, and healthcare support.
  • Access to bikes and parts at cost.
  • A passionate team that prioritizes people, kindness, adventure, and fun.
  • The chance to make a real impact — outside, on bikes, with kids.

Skills

  • Can motivate and encourage kids and coaches
  • High degree of modern workplace technology proficiency
  • Google Sheets / Excel
  • Google Suite
  • Able to adapt to various technology platforms easily
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Proficient at riding a bicycle
  • Able to lift 35 lbs

Experience – Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience in:
