Ages 2-5
Kickstart your child’s journey away from screens and into the great outdoors.
Biking is one of the few sports that children can begin as early as 2 years old, setting a strong foundation for social-emotional learning, family adventures, and a lifelong love for outdoor activities.
Early introduction to biking not only combats screen time but also nurtures crucial developmental skills and family bonding.
Join us to foster a healthy, active lifestyle from the earliest age, embracing biking as a fun, family-oriented sport.
Bring the joy of biking directly to your preschool with our embedded bicycle classes! Tailored for children in their formative first five years, these programs emphasize the crucial role of biking in reducing screen time and fostering essential social-emotional learning skills.
By integrating biking into your preschool’s daily activities, we help cultivate a foundation for healthy habits, teamwork, and resilience among young learners. Our classes not only introduce children to a lifelong outdoor activity but also support their overall development in a fun and engaging way.

Encourage your child by showing enthusiasm and interest in what they’re learning in their classes. Ask them about their lessons and what they enjoyed the most. You can also have fun by using chalk to create a bike course in your driveway, on your street, or at the park. This will give them a chance to practice their skills in a playful and supportive environment. Remember, celebrating their little wins helps build confidence and keeps them excited about learning to ride!
At-Home Practice Suggestions:
– Encouragement: Celebrate their efforts and progress. Positive reinforcement will boost their confidence.
– Engage: Ask about what they learned and enjoyed during their classes. It’s a great way to reinforce their learning and show that you’re interested.
– Practice Together: Create a fun, safe course with chalk in your driveway or at a local park. This hands-on practice will help reinforce their skills and make learning enjoyable.
