Primary Goal
Make customers feel welcome, informed, and prepared to purchase the right equipment to increase their families’ STOKE for riding.
Key Performance Areas
This role is focused on ‘front of the house’ retail. All team members must be flexible and communicate patiently.

Showroom Representative: Greet customers, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and keep the showroom clean.

Customer Communication: Handle work orders, answer calls, and be knowledgeable about all products to help customers understand how items will improve their riding experience (including technical bike component knowledge).

Elevate the Retail Floor: Listen to customer needs, provide educated advice, and make suggestions to improve their riding journey.

Job-Based Skills & Experience

Independently motivated with emotional intelligence.

Proficient with technology (Lightspeed POS) and excellent verbal/written communicator.

Dedicated to efficient productivity, strong attention to detail, and follow-through.

Able to ride a bicycle and lift 35 lbs.

1 year professional retail experience or equivalent.

Knowledgeable about bikes, brands, and family gear.

History working in a dynamic environment around families and children.

Sales experience (B2B/B2C preferred).
Compensation
- $15-18/hr DOE
