DESCRIPTION:We’re STOKED to partner with Bentonville’s Gnargo Bikes for our Kidical Mass Ride from Bentonville to Rogers and back on June 17th from 9am-12pm! \nWe want to welcome families (especially new families to NWA) into the cargo (Gnargo & Buddy Pegs) Bike Family with the safest and most fun routes to ride! \nWe will incorporate how to load kids\, groceries\, etc. onto Cargo Bikes (or regular bikes + trailers) while making it fun and rewarding and remembering why we aren’t using a car! \nWe’ll be meeting at the Sam’s Club parking lot in Bentonville. Starting from Sam’s Parking Lot in Bentonville\, taking the Rogers Loop to Downtown Rogers to shop at the Rogers Farmers Market. Then back on the loop\, stopping for snacks and games along the way! This year’s collection includes a stunning collection of fun\, lighthearted films\, as well as important stories from all over the globe. In between\, we’ve added a few fun\, quirky pieces to keep this a lively collection that will delight the crowd. Appropriate for all ages. This program includes films funded through the Filmed by Bike BIPOC Filmmaker Grant Fund\, presented by Machines for Freedom and funded by individuals like you. After the Portland festival wraps up\, Filmed by Bike sends their movie collections on the road to more than 40 tour stops every year. These touring shows are strengthening bike communities and helping organizations fundraiser for impactful projects. Sponsorship dollars raised from this show will help provide the necessary funding for Pedal It Forward to continue and grow their mission in Northwest Arkansas.\n\nAbout Pedal It Forward:\nSimply put\, we collect used bikes\, fix them\, then distribute to those in need through our 60+ Pedal Partners. We serve rural and urban low-income kids\, adults and families\, at-risk youth\, minority and immigrant populations in Northwest Arkansas.
